University of Central Asia

University of Central Asia

The University of Central Asia (UCA) is a multi-campus, well-known university that was established in 2000 based primarily in Kyrgyzstan.   • TMC implemented a very focused PMGM installation at UCA targeted at all areas of Universities. Module implemented performance management and goals management.
  • At University of Central Asia, TMC implemented SAP S/4HANA Student Lifecycle Management (SLCM) to optimize the entire student journey, from admissions to graduation. The system streamlined academic records, financial aid, and billing processes, improving operational efficiency and ensuring better data management across departments, enhancing both administrative and student experiences.
  • SAP ERP has been a critical enabler for UCA as it transitioned to Work@Home due to Covid-19. All the back office operations, as well as all the paper based (manual) processes are now digitized and can be executed from anywhere and anytime.
  • TMC also deployed SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) at UCA to streamline the creation, management, and distribution of academic materials. The system improved collaboration among faculty, ensured consistent content delivery, and provided students with easy access to course resources. This enhanced the overall learning experience and operational efficiency.
  • TMC implemented Qlik at University of Central Asia, enabling real-time data analytics and visualization to improve decision-making. The solution helps the institution track student performance, manage resources, monitor attendance, and optimize administrative processes, providing valuable insights for both educators and administrators.
